Jing Han has a total of 4 years recruitment experiences. She started her career as in-house recruiter in a Public Listed Automotive Replacement Parts Manufacturing and Trading company. She has diverse experience in recruiting for various functions such as Engineering, Production, Warehousing, IT and Finance.
As she is passionate in recruitment, she has decided to take it one step higher and be a specialist recruiter. Hence, she joined RGF Executive Search as a Specialist in “IT Shared Services & BPO”. Jing Han covers mid to senior level positions in contingency/retained searches, talent mapping and talent assessment.
As a psychology graduate, Jing Han is known to be a good listener with high empathy. This coupled with her experience as an in-house recruiter made her to be a problem solving consultant by understanding thoroughly on the client’s needs and challenges.
