Job description

Analysis of different wheat cultivars (wheat grist), wheat flours and dough, based on ICC-, AACC- and ISO standard methods
• Orders entry, data management and order completion, compile customer reports
• Build and maintain grain and flour data base
• Responsible for the lab devices maintenance and their service with the vendors, including calibration (NIR)
• Customer oriented, flexible
• Skilled with interpreting the analytical data
• Collaboration with the Flour Ingredient application specialist


Experienced Chemical lab specialist with relevant qualification.
• Responsibly and independent
• Experience with grain flour lab devices and their methods
• Excellent method proficiency and capable of interpreting the analytical data
• Precise in operating the lab devices
• Resilient and ready to learn about flour ingredients
• Technical flair, interest in food applications and food science
• PC experienced, Windows, Excel, Word etc.
• Friendly, accommodating with internal and external customers
• Fluent in English, highly proficient in written English
