My Client is a company engaged in the business of sales, service and marketing for the brand of electrical and electronic consumer and business solutions.

Job description

• Develop new channel such as Sanitary channel, B2B channel (Condo, SOHO) in Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore.
• Launch products in countries that does not carry such as Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia with sales channel development.
• Establish new way of sales such as rental, recurring business with NSCs.
• Work closely with National Sales Companies in ASEAN/ Oceania to increase sales to achieve business plan. Set KPI (key performance indicator) with NSCs, e.g, display outlet, event frequency and its result and so on to accelerate sales.
• Conduct product training in NSCs, retailers.
• Work closely with domain in Japan and share status of channel development and other activities. Work closely with Japan domain to create strong products, maximize sales, maximize profit.
• Lead and encourage NSC to achieve goal of sales, profit.
• Create the promotion ideas and promotion method of products to be used in shop front/online and set KPI to be chased.

Requirements

• English speaking skill.
• Experience in new channel development preferred.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel.
• Travel require both domestic & international
