Job description

As the IT Support Manager, SAP, you are tasked in supporting activities to ensure that all tickets are fully qualified and either resolved or dispatched to the appropriate member of the 2nd level Process Support team in a timely and efficient manner
This includes continuously monitor own team’s performance as well as the performance of the 2nd and 3rd level teams in processing Incidents and Service Requests

You will take corrective action as necessary to maintain high service levels, among others


The ideal candidate for this vacancy should possess at least 4 years' experience in SAP support or Functional SAP, with people management/mentoring experience
Good understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP HANA modules are an added advantage

Candidates open to shift working hours are preferred
